Walker was educated through The Germantown Friends School (Germantown Region) in Philadelphia and graduated in 1994. She went to Harvard College, where she received a Bachelors in Arts degree. Welker has been since the age of 20 with John Hughes who is a prominent marketing director for Merck Philadelphia. John and Sheila have two kids. The couple began in 2014 having an affair.
